  2. sketch 3 small (cell phone size) practice drawings 50pts
  3. tone your paper
  4. create your drawing focusing on shadows and "the moment of light" 50pts

eclipse and merge

Do 4 drawings of the same simple 2 WHITE objects. Make sure one of them has an ellipse. A cup and plate or bowl. Use 4 different lighting directions. Drawing #1 due Monday sept 17. Make up (less 10pts.) on Wed.  Explore the Ghost drawing or Hearts of Darkness technique.
