THE PUMPKIN PATCH"CARVING OUT THE LIGHT"

CREATE YOUR OWN DRAWING USING A UNIQUE POINT OF VIEW-SIZE-VIEW-PLACEMENT AND THE MERGE.

use the same procedure as your last drawing:

1. use your phone as a viewfinder and find a unique view
2. sketch 3 small (cell phone size) practice drawings 50pts
3. tone your paper
4. create your drawing focusing on shadows and "the moment of light" 50pts

eclipse and merge

Do 4 drawings of the same simple 2 WHITE objects. Make sure one of them has an ellipse. A cup and plate or bowl. Use 4 different lighting directions. Drawing #1 due Monday sept 17. Make up (less 10pts.) on Wed.  Explore the Ghost drawing or Hearts of Darkness technique.

DESIGN YOUR NOTES

Re-design your notes on the ECLIPSE and the #3 so the page looks interesting. Use color, paint,tape, anything you wish to make it look like an ART BOOK not a notebook.
